Always a great meal here, one of the places at the beach you can count on for being consistent.

We arrived late but still in time to order dinner. I was there with two friends and each of is loved our meals. As we were leaving, Tony and Frankie were outside power-washing their entire outdoor seating area since we ended up being the last to leave from the inside seating area. The bathroom was clean too and all of these factors made this place an excellent place to dine and be!

It'd be a 5/5 but got seated 30 min after reservations. Make sure you know what you're ordering for food when you sit. Food was very good.

Went here on a Tuesday around 6:30 and was pleasantly surprised there was no wait. Sat outside on a beautiful night and had excellent service. The place started getting busy around 7:30, with every table being occupied, and for a good reason. The bread they give each table was the worst part of the meal, but I can't complain about anything else. The Caesar salad was excellent with the perfect amount of dressing. I also got the Rigatoni Bolognese which was delicious. I will say there were chunks of melted cheese that clumped together rather than being incorporated into the sauce. if you pay with cash you do get a 5% discount off your meal. It is also BYOB. Overall an excellent meal! Will definitely be back.

Nice Italian spot in sea aisle city NJ. Although there are lots of great Italian options we have been coming back to La Fontana Coast most summers. The big change this year is they now offer wine by the bottle for sale, but they still all BYOB drinks! I did find a lot of instructions on the menu that were a bit much. From what I remember it said: 1. Everyone must order an entree, 2. 5% discount if you pay cash, and 3. You need to order within 15 min of siting down because it takes the kitchen 45-55 min the cook each dish. Luckily, our dinner did not take that long to cook, but there were a good amount of people in the restaurant. We tried a special appetizer; the flavor was good but as you can see in the picture I posted, two of the four scallops were sort of deformed and small. I expected more. The pasta dishes were hearty, flavorful, and filling.

We have been going to La Fontana coast for years!! The food is always so tasty and the service is always impeccable. What we ordered: - Chicken Parmigiana - Linguine Pescatora - Gnocchi Sorrentina - NY Cheesecake (MUST HAVE) The atmosphere is fancy casual with dim lights and white tablecloths. Cant wait to go back this summer!

The place was better than I expected it to be. Main drawbacks were that too many items are market priced or don't have a price named on the menu. This lead to being sort of a scam. Also, the waitress was there for a limited time and the bread was not very good. For the meals, there is too little sauce on some pastas but too much on others like the ravioli. All appetizers and salads were great. In particular, the bruschetta was good but again the bread was not perfect for a bruschetta (it sogs out with the tomatoes on top). All pasta were great but it definitely should have been. The angel hair pasta and gnocchi are notably delicious. The dining room is nice and clean but a bit chilly inside. Great outside seating as well though. Give it a shot because it was very solid Italian food.
